Online access for clients, no matter where you are….

Building your new home should be an exciting and enjoyable time. Canberra Home Builders wants the experience to be as smooth as possible, so we provide each of our clients with secure online access through our app to view all the details of your new home. Whether you are at home, at work, on the road or away on family holidays, with your own secure login you will have all the information at your fingertips.

Up to date Selection information

When you login you are able to view all of your selections and their specifications. You will also receive reminders on any selections and milestones that are coming up so we can keep your build on schedule.

Expenses and Variations

Every decision made on your selections is reflected on your expenses page. With a single click you can see how each of your choices has affected the final price on your home. If you wish to make a change to any of your selections, they are processed through our system and sent back to you for your final approval. If your change does affect the cost, you can approve the variation electronically, saving you time and the hassle of having to do it later when you are back at home.

Questions list, never loose answers to your questions 

Over the course of design, plans, specifications and approvals you will have lots of questions about your new home. You will be able to view those questions, answers and decisions that you have made all in one place. This makes review of these items quick and easy to find, with our response listed right next to your question.

Conversations, Photos and Files

As your home progresses through different stages, you will need to have conversations about certain items, like requesting clarification on a selection or providing updated information on a warranty request. Rather than using an email system where these items can get mixed up with all of your other emails, you can add a conversation to any particular item on the site. These comments and conversations are then grouped together with each related item, which keeps the information organised and available for everyone to see. This cuts down on misunderstandings. This also allows us to attach photos and files into our system so you can review at any stage.

Warranty

Once we have completed your new home, you can submit any warranty requests online. You can come back to the site to check the status updates, add any comments and then confirm when they are completed.
